Mocheku Cares

Through our comprehensive community programmes, we help and support schools and residents in the local communities with the necessary tools to build their future.

Our commitment

Building people, not just infrastructure

At Mocheku Landscapers, we are deeply committed to uplifting the communities in which we operate. As part of our core values, we prioritise the use of local subcontractors and the employment of local labourers on all our projects. This approach stimulates local economies and fosters a sense of ownership and pride within the communities we serve.

People Development

Mocheku Landscapers promotes the empowerment of communities and is determined to leave a legacy in the areas where we operate. We run a dynamic development plan to involve, train and uplift local SMME contractors, suppliers and community members across every area of operation.

Local Labour, Every Project

We prioritise the use of local subcontractors and the employment of local labourers on all our projects — an annual average of over 200 part-time positions sourced from the communities where our projects are located.

Skills Transfer

Beyond job creation, we actively promote the transfer of skills through on-site training, mentorship and hands-on experience — empowering individuals with practical skills that open long-term employment opportunities and support sustainable development.
